With a heartfelt dream of becoming a doctor and helping others, Karen left her home country of Indonesia at the age of 14 to pursue her studies in Singapore. Over time, however, she came to a difficult but honest realization—the high cost and time demands of a medical career would leave little room for the life she envisioned. She began to see that there are many meaningful ways to support and care for others beyond the walls of a hospital.

Karen began her professional journey as a Customer Service Executive at a local bank, where she enjoyed assisting customers but found the fast-paced, transactional environment unfulfilling. She longed for deeper, more personal connections—ones that went beyond quick interactions and instead focused on truly understanding people’s stories and goals.

Today, Karen hopes to be someone on your team—walking alongside you through life’s milestones and financial goals. Her passion lies in helping you build a meaningful life, where you have the freedom to focus on the people and things you love most.

Fun-Fact:
Although she’s not a fan of being under the sun, she unexpectedly fell in love with golf—one of the most challenging sports out there. This passion now has her voluntarily spending 4 to 5 hours outdoors each round, but the joy of constantly improving and pushing her limits makes it all worthwhile.
