Pillar of Trust

Here's what other clients are saying.

"You have been patient with me which I think it's very important because I really have no interest in insurance. But you patiently run through with me.

Most importantly, you always listen to what I want. You also ensure that what I spend is within my budget which is important to me.

I appreciate all these things."

— Roxanne Lee

"When you see the person for who they are, it's to the core, you accept their fundamental weaknesses and strengths and you don't judge.

When you see the person for what they are, you look at their status, their title and who they know to get close to them. Of course that matters when it comes to business too, but fundamentally the character of the person is very important to you, be it customer, client or friend.

Many people want others to see who they portray to be because they are afraid if others see their weaknesses, they will be pushed aside, no matter how rich or famous.

But you accept the person for who he/she is. That's something, even money cannot buy. That makes you precious."

— Justin Wong

"I tend to be wary of financial consultants because I never know whether to trust them, whether they have my best interests at heart or are just trying to close a sale.

Somehow, I felt like I could trust Elaine. She took the time to get to know me (beyond my financial situation and goals) and she has an easygoing and genuine demeanor.

As someone who is not very financially literate, I appreciate that she takes the burden off my financial planning and doesn't push me to buy policies if I don't need them.

I now consider Elaine a friend, and we occasionally meet up to just catch up or exercise together."

— Maria Tan

"Thank you for the 18 years of friendship! We appreciate your professional financial advice over the years and have seen our little pot of savings grow.

You have been very patient and knowledgeable and have guided us on the journey towards a worry-free retirement future. Best regards!"

— David Chang & Lim Rong
